The basics

What it is and how it works

What is ThumbBuzz?

We are a social media company that makes funny-first short videos for your business. You film quick clips on your phone, we do the rest.

How does it work?

Every two weeks or every month, your choice, we send you the content: the video ideas, exactly what to film, and an example to copy. You film the clips on your phone, then we edit them and add the captions.

What do I get each month?

On our entry (Scout) plan: 12 videos a month, a mix of funny and value content, all edited with captions and hashtags.

What does it cost?

Scout is $350 a month for 12 videos. Studio is $950 for 20 videos, and Production is $2,000 for 30. Every plan is month to month. See what each one includes.

What kind of videos do you make?

Funny-first, because boring is what gets scrolled past. Funny is the reach engine, nurture is the trust engine.

Who films the videos, me or you?

You do, on your phone, in short filming sessions. We handle everything else: the ideas, the editing, the captions.

How do I send you my clips?

At onboarding we set up a Google Drive folder made just for you, and you save the link to your phone. From then on you just drop your clips in as you film. No software to learn, no new accounts.

How fast do I get my videos back?

Usually within a few days of us getting your footage.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes. Once we send you the first edited draft of a video, you get 2 revision rounds on that edit (3 on Production): the cut, the captions, the music, the graphics. And if the mistake is ours, the fix is always free and never counts against your rounds.

Do you post them for me?

On Scout you post them yourself, finished and ready. On Studio and Production we can post for you on Instagram and Facebook, agreed before you start.

The hesitations

The honest worries

"I don't have time."

Your only job is filming: about 20 to 30 minutes per session on Scout, and the bigger plans film more. We do the ideas and all the editing. That is the whole point, we take the slow parts off your plate.

"I'm not good on camera."

Your only job is to film it. Our editors make you look good, and we even give you a script to read. Day one you just have to hit record.

"I'm the owner and I don't want to appear on camera."

You don't have to be. Your store, your staff, and your work can be the face of your brand. And everyone who does appear in your videos signs a simple release with us, so if a team member ever leaves, the videos you already paid for stay yours.

"I don't have any ideas."

That is our job. We send you the ideas every month with an example to copy.

"How are you different from other agencies?"

We lead with funny. Nobody else does. Everyone else looks the same, and boring gets scrolled past.

"Does this actually work?"

Video builds your brand and your reach, and every month you get a report with real numbers: what we posted and what it did. You see it working, not just guess.

"Is it really worth $350?"

If one video brings you one new customer, it has paid for itself many times over. For most businesses a single job is worth far more than a month with us.

"What if it's not working?"

Month to month, no lock-in. If it is not for you, cancel anytime.

"This feels like a cookie-cutter agency."

Every client starts with a real onboarding: your brand voice, your industry, and a do-not-do list we actually follow. Your account gets its own edit profile, so the style stays yours no matter who edits. And every script is written for your business, not copy-pasted out of ChatGPT.

"We're hiring our own social media person."

We are not a replacement, we make that person way more effective. In-house it is about 2 hours and real editing skill per video. With us they just film for 20 to 30 minutes, every two weeks or monthly.

"I need to think about it / ask my partner."

No rush. Grab a free sample so you have something real to look at while you decide.

The ads add-on

Ads: coming soon

Do you run ads too?

Soon. Ads management is coming as an add-on once your core video engine is up and rolling. Your funny videos are the best-performing ad format on Meta, so when it launches, we will not be starting from scratch.
